I started the tailcone section. I first removed the film from one of the bottom sections of tailcone skin and using the Cleveland Tool edge breaking device, I put a break on the flat edge of this piece. I then put an edge break on all of the tailcone sections that the plans indicate need to have the edge broken.
Next I fluted the vert stab support angle to align with the full-scale drawing.
I pulled out the interior frames and began to remove the film and cleco and rivet them together.
