Today I started to work on the stabilator. I began removing the blue film from the spar box components. I marked the front and rear spar and the top and bottom plates with blue circles indicating which holes will be machined.
Using the mircrostops I countersunk the 1/8" and 3/32" holes as required. I also separated the small parts, removed the film, machined and polished the edges and deburred the holes.
These parts are now ready to be primed.
