I worked on several components for the tailcone assembly. I riveted the tailcone ribs together, both pulled and squeezed rivets.
I next fabricated the Tail Skid Bracket from the AEX stock material. I drilled, cut, ground, tapped and polished the Tail Skid Braket.
I also seperated the other parts and preped them for assembly. The included the Bulkhead Doubler, the Attach Brackets, Shear Clps, the Hinge Brackets and the J-Stiffeners.
The parts are now ready to prime before I began to assemble them into the Fuselage Bulkhead Assembly.
