This morning I used the unibit to open the 1/8" holes to 7/16" and 3/4" as required. I then
clamped the bulkhead to the work table with a section of 1x4 underneath and used the #30 and #40 countersink to prep the holes for flush rivets. I deburred the edges and holes of all of these parts. They need to be prepped for priming with a Scotch Brite pad.
After using a Scotch Brite pad to prep the surfaces I primed the parts and pieces and the seat bulkhead. They are ready to assemble as soon as the rivet squeezer is returned.
