The weather was beautiful today. Sunshine most of the day and in the low 60's when I got home this evening. I decided it was good to start applying the finish on the interior of the cockpit. I only painted some small areas this evening. I will do more as the weather permits. I painted the seat hinges and the right side air vent.
I also painted the seat sides where the headset connections will be installed. I put a round piece of masking tape over the hole that needs to be grounded. I painted the inside edge of the rear bulkhead where the turtle-deck skins attach.
I painted the around the holes where the control sticks will attach. I also painted the front edges of the seat backs. I will paint the backs of the seats next time.
