Deburing Wing Nose Ribs

I continued to deburr the nose ribs. I am using the deburring tool to first go around the edges of the rib. I then use the grinder with a 1" diameter Scotch Brite while to smooth the edges and the lightening holes.

 Next I use the fluting pliers to flute between the holes in the flanges and straighten the ribs.  I now have 11-each of the left nose ribs and 7-each of the right ribs deburred.
